The challenge
GetHired was challenged to communicate its innovative service effectively to a diverse audience with varying demands and cultural norms. They needed a brand experience that resonated with everyone, from fresh graduates in the UK looking for their first job to seasoned investors seeking solid investment opportunities.
The solution
To address GetHired's challenges, we comprehensively redesigned its visual identity and user interface, creating new font systems, color palette guidelines, and graphic components to ensure brand consistency across platforms. Leveraging prior research, we designed scalable components and templates for platform growth, building the web application with React.js for a seamless user experience. Additionally, we provided art direction, UX research, and product design and developed a comprehensive design system to support the ongoing evolution of GetHired's brand and platform.

We designed an easy-to-navigate overview of the Talent dashboard, job search, and job applications, ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience. This approach worked exceptionally well, providing users with clear and intuitive access to all necessary features.

Creating new job postings on the company side. Users have a clear overview on the left side, displaying their progress through each process step. A floating assistant bar on the right side provides support, offering helpful tips and answering questions to ensure users feel safe and transparent. This approach makes the job posting process straightforward and user-friendly.
